New Warehouse, Offices in Dilworth, MN Taking Shape; On Schedule for Early 2027 Opening

We’re very pleased to report that construction of our new offices and warehouse in Dilworth, MN continues at a very robust pace, with completion of the facility expected by early 2027.

The facility will provide RESCO with 72,000 square feet for our operations (60,000 square feet of warehouse storage space and 12,000 square feet of office space) and enable us to further expand our inventory capacities and serve our members and customers in Minnesota and the Dakotas even more quickly and efficiently.

Once operational, team members and inventory from our current location in Moorhead, MN will transition to the new facility.
