Account Manager - Montana Region
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our members/customers in Montana. Responsibilities include:

  • Plan a weekly schedule to regularly visit with members/customers
  • Increase sales and market share in territory
  • Focus efforts and sales plan toward achieving specific business goals
  • Learn all technical features of in-house inventory products offered by RESCO suppliers.
  • Promote products and introduce solutions to address customer needs and problems
  • Work with inside sales to strategize on major bids and determine sales approach
  • Interact and travel with RESCO manufacturers to promote products and provide technical assistance as required
  • Communicate suggestions to improve market share, customer services and additional stock items or product lines
  • Represent RESCO at industry related conferences and trade shows

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of the electric utility industry/products is preferred along with experience in outside sales. Other qualifications include:

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Possess good presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Developer - Middleton, WI
This position will design, program, test and implement mobile and web-based applications along with backend REST services. Responsibilities include:

  • Write hybrid cross-platform mobile application which includes complete rewrite of existing application with testing and documentation
  • Update existing mobile API
  • Write code for new features and maintenance in web frontend, REST services backend which also includes interfacing with company and customer ERP systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in all phases of development
  • Understand customer requirements and translate to application features
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science or related field. Other qualifications include:

  • At least three years of demonstratable experience in mobile application development including extensive knowledge of at least one mobile programming language, familiarity with OOP design principles and experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Two years of demonstratable experience in web and console application development including Angular 5+ (TypeScript, HTML, CSS), C# using .NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio, REST-based APIs both backend development and interfacing with frontend using .NET Core
  • Skilled at troubleshooting and debugging
  • Knowledge of basic business principles and processes
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritize work
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently

IT Project Manager - Middleton, WI
This position will lead and ensure the successful delivery and management of IT projects along with managing our internal IT systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain project plans for the IT department
  • Test custom applications, both web and mobile
  • Work with staff to write application specifications and test plans
  • Work with external outsourced processes
  • Manage internal IT helpdesk
  • Support and log issues with ERP provider
  • Manage our internal IT systems including software subscriptions and licensing, hardware maintenance, network security and procedural documentation
  • Supervise System Administrator and ERP Administrator

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science or related field. Other qualifications include:

  • At least two years of project management experience including Microsoft Project
  • Experience with ERP systems preferably Epicor Prophet 21
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Understanding of network equipment and server management
  • Knowledge of basic business principles and processes
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritize work
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
