Regional Sales Manager - Moorhead, MN

This position is responsible for developing and executing the long and short-term sales strategy for the areas of Montana, North and South Dakota and Minnesota to effectively serve our members and manufacturing partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise inside and outside sales staff
  • Travel with outside sales and other management staff to customers and various events
  • Coordinate all sales and marketing activities in region
  • Manage sales and expenses to budget
  • Communicate our business model to customers and manufacturing partners
  • Monitor and communicate changes in the marketplace such as product opportunities
  • Develop product promotions with manufacturer partners

Purchasing Agent - Middleton, WI

This position will select and build relationships with suitable suppliers along with negotiating best pricing and maintaining inventory levels at all warehouse locations. Responsibilities include:

  • Process and review purchase requisitions and place purchase orders as needed
  • Maintain inventory cost and ensure stock levels are kept at appropriate levels
  • Responsible for data management on open purchase orders and updating ERP system with correct ETA
    date from vendors
  • Maintain and update current vendor costs in ERP system
  • Identify potential cost savings opportunities
  • Set up new inventory part numbers as needed for sales
  • Monitor and maintain stock versus “order as needed” items
  • Coordinate weekly inventory cycle counts
  • Review and maintain all incoming price quotes and provide analysis

Sales Engineer - Minnesota/Wisconsin Region and Nebraska/South Dakota Region

We have two Sales Engineer positions open under our EUSCO division. One covers the Minnesota and Wisconsin territory while the other covers Nebraska and South Dakota. These positions will promote and sell the products and services of the manufacturers and engineering consulting firms in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage assigned territory for efficient travel on a regular schedule to develop and maintain relationships with key personnel within electric utilities, engineering consulting firms, service companies and industrials that are responsible for approving the purchase of products and services sold by the Principals represented by EUSCO.
  • Follow-up on all major bids/quotations and provide feedback to Principals and management
  • Follow or manage major projects and/or system sales involving products/services from EUSCO's Principals
  • Prepare and communicate sales forecasts/reports as required
  • Submit expense reports and call reports on a weekly basis
  • Maintain travel and entertainment expenses within budget
  • Attend sales meetings and training as needed
  • Travel with and provide technical support to RESCO sales reps

The successful candidate will have an engineering degree, preferably in electrical engineering along with five years of experience in technical sales. Other qualifications include:

Sales Project Estimator - Middleton, WI, Elkhart, IA or Moorhead, MN

The goal of this position is to provide detailed technical support for sales orders or proposed competitive bid projects for our contractor customers and G&T cooperatives such that you become their number one resource for material needs and problem resolution. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage projects to ensure adequate margins and profitability
  • Provide design assistance, project take offs, and packaging support
  • Develop relationships with customer base by providing excellent customer service, competitive pricing and value-added services
  • Solicit bids from contractors, customers and design engineering firms
  • Answer customer questions concerning quotations, orders, product function, and delivery issues
  • Prepare quotes for customers by the designated due date
  • Develop an effective feedback tracking system (with the outside sales force) that will allow for tracking wins/losses for quotes and opportunities
  • Enter and maintain orders in ERP system
  • Work with manufacturer’s representatives on pricing, lead time, return authorizations and product training to better service the customer base
  • Maintain a system to track project tasks, material tracking and delivery schedule.
  • Clearly communicate details of the project with customer
  • Develop relationships with RESCO’s outside salespeople and clearly communicate to them all customer quote requests, orders, problems and other appropriate issues
  • Work with the purchasing team to assist with inventory levels, forecasting and stocking suggestions.

ERP Administrator - Middleton, WI

The ERP Administrator will support and manage implementation and subsequent operations of the company's ERP system and related internal software components. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the implementation of the company's hosted Prophet 21 ERP system
  • Develop and deploy changes to Prophet 21 using Business Rules and DynaChange
  • Modify Prophet 21 reports using Crystal Reports
  • Develop and deploy Prophet 21 reporting and portals
  • Work with implementation team to define system scope and objectives within the development and maintenance of the ERP system
  • Resolve, troubleshoot and provide support to company users
  • Develop and manage applicable documentation and procedures for training purposes
  • Provide training as part of issue resolution
  • Effectively communicate and interact with sales, purchasing, accounting, administrative and warehouse personnel

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field. Two years of experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (preferably hosted) is a plus along with knowledge in DynaChange, Business Rules and Crystal Reports. Other qualifications include:
