Sales Assistant

This position will be responsible for the coordination of office operations and will also provide support to sales and management at our Moorhead, WI office and warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Provide support to visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Receive and process invoices
  • Enter and manage warranty credits
  • Assist sales and management on day to day tasks such as order entry, order acknowledgements and material cross reference

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent along with two years of administrative or sales experience.  Other qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of basic administrative procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
