Sales Assistant – Moorhead, MN

This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, along with assisting our inside sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Receive and process daily invoices.
  • Enter and manage warranty credits.
  • Assist sales and management on day-to-day tasks such as order entry, order acknowledgements, and material cross reference.

The successful candidate will have two years of administrative experience.

Other qualifications include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
