Sales Assistant – Moorhead, MN
This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, along with assisting our inside sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Receive and process daily invoices.
- Enter and manage warranty credits.
- Assist sales and management on day-to-day tasks such as order entry, order acknowledgements, and material cross reference.
The successful candidate will have two years of administrative experience.
Other qualifications include:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
